- Answering Phones and responding to client requests
-Preparation of client letter and assembly of tax returns,
- Document preparation and word processing, assist in paperless document preparation
- Maintaining and organizing client files
-Working with Vendors to maintain office supplies and assist staff with workflow and project management to completion
-Various office skills as required.
-Close attention to detail
-Great customer service and multi-tasking experience in busy office setting.
- Some overtime and weekend work during tax season
