Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support for the company

- Prepare some travel arrangements as needed for directors

- Manage and organize existing database that includes both hard and digital copies of documents

- Manage calendars by coordinating and preparing meetings and scheduled appointments

- Maintain office supplies and office machinery as necessary

- Other duties as assigned
