Administrative Assistants
A local Construction Company here with over 40 years tenure is looking to add another level of support to their team by adding an Administrative Assistant to their busy office. The ideal administrative assistant will thrive in a fast paced environment, as this office is BUSY. At least 3 years of experience, preferably supporting not only higher level team members, but will be willing to provide support in many areas, as having the ability to wear multiple hats in this role will take you far. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate their ability to pick up concepts quickly and demonstrate their creativity by creating and streamlining processes that aid to driving direct bottom line results! Other task will include order entry and verification, maintaining inventory, shipping coordination, creating spreadsheets, and other administrative task. The ideal candidate will come with software skills including: Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat is a plus, strong Internet, and research skills.
