The Business Support Consultant 1 role will serve as a Relationship Manager (RM) and Engagement Manager (EM) for third parties engaged by the Legal Department. The RM/EM will provide centralized third party risk management support to the Legal Department and will be subject matter experts for the third parties in their portfolio.
- 3+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning demonstrated through work or military experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills
Other Desired Qualifications
- Vendor management or third-party portfolio management experience with a third-party provider
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
CA-SF-Financial District: Min: $68,200 Mid: $96,000
NC-Charlotte: Min: $56,800 Mid: $80,000
IA-Des Moines: Min: $56,800 Mid: $80,000
