Call Center Customer Service Representative
An immediate need for a customer-focused call-center representative to provide outstanding service, sharing payment solutions and loan options while determining the appropriate action. This is primarily phone work so candidates must be self-directed, accountable, and driven to make business happen. Prior banking or call center experience needed. This is a Direct Hire career opportunity with room for growth and promotion in the banking and finance industry. Salary up to $55,000, DOE.

Primary Duties:
•Manage a consistent workflow of outbound and inbound calls, providing financial program information and addressing member questions that arise
•Ability to meet performance metrics that revolve around quality of service delivered and operational efficiency
•Maintain confidentiality of all financial records and safeguard customer information
•Use multiple databases and media resources to accurately document work and track productivity
•Handle customer concerns that arise with professionalism and diligence

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
•Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
•Outstanding customer service with a professional and positive demeanor
•Excellent communications skills
•Keen attention to detail when documenting customer information
•Thorough follow up on all outstanding action items
