Job Description:

Change Management Analyst, Partner & Enablement Technology - FY21

Overview:

Partner & Enablement Technology at Salesforce builds and supports tools and processes that drive Partner success. The team is looking for a Change Management Analyst to drive implementation of its new solutions. The Change Management Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams at Salesforce to deliver amazing change management programs, ensuring that technology solutions roll out successfully and in a sustainable way.
In this position you will execute the strategy that makes complex change easy for our stakeholders. You will conduct impacts analysis to help develop and execute the change management strategy and plan, working with project teams and business partners who are eager to make change happen. Your change plans will guide business partners to achieve operational success and drive adoption for end users. Key to this role, is your ability to build relationships, apply critical thinking and take the initiative to drive results. As a successful Change Analyst, you will use influence and innovation to maximize adoption and ensure a positive end user experience for changes impacting people, process, and technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating or significantly contributing to Partner technology enablement strategy and plan, including training and communications
  • Developing impact analyses to establish the complexity of the change
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end Partner technology strategy
  • Planning and execution of partner engagement strategy - understand the value propositions and become the subject matter expert on new Partner technologies. Share value messaging and best practices with Partner facing roles. E.g. Partner Account Managers
  • Proactively identifying and implementing improvements to the change management strategy & methodology
  • Building executive presentations and identifying risks and issues relating to the change management work
  • Driving numerous work streams across cross-functional areas where there is no direct reporting structure to ensure a cohesive execution of end-to-end change strategy

Required Skills:

  • 3-4 years applying change management principles, methodologies and tools for implementing CRM, ERP or SFA software for large scale organization
  • Experience developing field/partner readiness programs, training or partner engagement
  • A highly organized, energetic, and creative change professional
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and can be flexible in their approach
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • An amazing communicator, who has presence and impact and can simplify messaging/incorporate storytelling
  • Bachelor's Degree required

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce partner business models and partner programs
  • Change management certification or designation
