Concord client is looking for compassionate remote Customer Service Representatives. This is a remote position.
Call Center is looking to add to their team! This remote Customer Service position will be handling calls in a queue pertaining to billing, tech support, sales, and general customer service. For tech support calls, you must display patience and understanding. Most customers are not tech savvy and will need step by step instructions on how to solve any technical issues they might be having. The customers are typically elderly and hard of hearing, so patience is a MUST. The ideal candidate is organized, has accurate and fast data entry, are not afraid to problem solve or think on their feet, and can learn how to adapt to each customers communication style. Multi-tasking required. Some admin work is required, must be able to work using multiple computer screens and have Microsoft office experience.

This position is temporary to hire with great career growth possibilities! You must have open availability for this position. The call center is open from 6:30 am-6:30 pm Monday-Friday and 8:00am-4:30pm on the weekends. Must have open availability to work any 5 days including weekends.
For this remote position you must have high speed internet, an environment that supports working from home and the ability to self manage and stay focused.
Must type at least 30 WPM.
