Select Staffing in Hayward, CA has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator for an ocean transport company located in Hayward, CA for a Temp to Hire or Direct Hire opportunity.
This is a great opportunity for a candidate that has at least 1 year of experience with similar and relevant experience.
- Must communicate in Chinese, either Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
The schedule is Monday-Friday
8am-5pm
Essential Duties include:
Handling the daily operations which consist of building trucking orders in the web DTS system, tracking/tracing shipments, making adjustments for pickups/deliveries, processing of invoices, updating of weekly/monthly inbound and outbound schedule for customers. Customer Service Coordinators are responsible to maintain a superior level of customer service and ensure efficient daily operations for all accounts within a team environment.
Most have a great attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills are required.
