A rapidly growing start up is currently seeking for multiple Customer Service Support Specialists that are BILINGUAL in Spanish! This position will require 2 weeks of training onsite in Pleasant Hill CA, but will then transition to full time remote!
You will be answering phones and dealing with distributors, retailers, but most are independent business owners that are entrepreneurs. You will be taking roughly 40-70 calls a day regarding all kinds of scenarios.
You must be proactive, able to think outside of the box, go above and beyond, and be flexible.
You must have the entrepreneurial mindset
There will be resources given so they want to make sure you utilize them and put your own twist on it.
Quality is more important than quantity.
