Description

We have a small non-profit in San Francisco, CA seeking a strong Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director.

This is a full-time position!

$90-$95K base (non profit so no bonus but good benefits!)

Location: Financial District (2 blocks from Bart)

Ideal candidate will have 8+ years of Administrative experience.

They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Board experience is a plus but not a must!

Must have advanced Microsoft skills!

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
  • Monitor and respond to incoming email correspondence and phone calls while maintaining
  • discretion and confidentiality
  • Develop a strong understanding of organization and department objectives to appropriately filter and prioritize incoming information and work requests
  • Support the HR PEO contract and be the liaison for the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • HR experience is a plus but not a must
