In this role, you will coach, develop, and oversee the field sales team in canvassing efforts in the Peninsula, California. This role is responsible for performing observations of door-to-door sales, sales coaching, and side-by-side selling in an effort to reach sales goals. The Field Sales Lead will communicate accurate sales statistics to the Field Sales Supervisor throughout the day.
Candidates for this position must live in the Peninsula OR San Francisco, California.
Kuroiso Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Full-time (40 hours per week), non-exempt/hourly position.
Travel is expected for this position. A valid California Driver's License and Clean DMV are required. Reliable vehicle and auto insurance are also required.
This role is responsible for driving door-to-door sales results with the field sales team and to provide hands on support in the field.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Aptitudes:
- Offer ongoing coaching and training to address needs of field sales team
- Maintain positive working relationships and open communication within all workgroups
- Monitor success of field sales team and suggest areas of opportunity for improvement
- Side-by-side selling of Sonic services with the field sales team
- Willing and able to drive a Sonic vehicle
- Patient, well organized, and can adapt well to fast-changing environment
- Provide Field Sales Supervisor with sales statistics
- Drive field teams to achieve daily sales goals
- Maintain current marketing and sales materials in the field
- Maintain data fields in Spotio based on needs for reporting
- Nightly reporting of field signups and dish orders to Field Sales Supervisor
Valid CA Driver's License for three years and clean DMV record a MUST!

The field sales team canvasses outdoors in various communities and is exposed to varying climates and elements when canvassing, which are determined by Mother Nature.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; key/type. The employee is consistently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
