Bay Area office of a national law firm is seeking an experienced litigation secretary who has a minimum of seven years of experience and stable work history. The litigation secretary must have experience handling complex litigation and/or labor/employment matters, including familiarity with litigation proceedings in State and Federal Courts. Knowledge of local rules, CCP and Federal Procedure, including CM/ECF, is essential. The secretary must also be able to support up to four attorneys and handle a busy practice. Qualified candidates will have excellent software and administrative skills, including high-level proficiency in MS Word, the ability to generate TOCs/TOAs, and an excellent understanding of the Styles function. The secretary must have experience supporting a managing partner or practice group leader.  Trial experience and a paralegal certificate are both HIGHLY DESIRABLE.  Bachelor's degree is not required but preferred.
