Adecco Medical and Science has an urgent need for a Full-Time Contract Medical Assistant for a reputed healthcare client in Palo Alto.

Client is open to hire new fresh graduate MA with externship experience who are proactive and open to learning.

A Medical Assistant will join a dynamic group of individuals for a well renowned institution. The duties of the Medical Assistant will be performed under the direct supervision of a registered nurse and/or supervising nurse practitioner or physician

This is a Monday - Friday 40hrs per week opportunity which pays $ 24.40 -$27.32/hr DOE

Medical Assistant Candidates must be able to:

Assist in N-95 Mask Fitting
Answer phones and check in patients
Assist with Injections for both adults and infants
Familar with Epic and other EMR Systems
Understand CPT & ICD-9 / 10 encoding
Insurance billing and authorization
Assist with other medical duties as needed


High school graduate or equivalent required.
Front and Back office experience with 1yrs-2yrs(Preferred)
Pediatric care experience is a plus!
California Medical Assistant License or Certificate
CPR (American heart Association) required upon hire
Knowledge of Medical terminology
