Our client is seeking to hire a customer focused Medical Client Services Associates to support prior authorization follow-up cases. This is a long term contract role for at least 6 months with possible extension to 1-year and beyond. Daily duties can include:
-You will be contacting the physician’s office to request details related to the authorizations.
-Handling failed fax report: contacting the Physician and verifying all information (i.e. Fax numbers) is correct in order to re-send the patient report.
-Responding to inbound and outbound call support
-Providing excellent customer service and building relationships/partnerships with doctors and staff
-Ad hoc projects as assigned
