I'm hiring for an expanding Service Router team! I'm looking for anyone with at least one year of customer service experience in retail, food, or office based environments. Call center experience is a plus, but you will be fully trained and brought up to speed!
The dispatcher will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Multi-tasking between providing excellent customer service and data entry.
- Schedule service appointments to service techs
- General clerical duties.
