Hours: Flexible, but typically 8am - 5pm
*In office attendance is required, this is not a remote/hybrid role. Office manager experience is a plus

The Office Manager will perform administrative support tasks that are clerical in nature with some responsibilities geared toward project-related tasks.  In this role, you will serve as the receptionist at the front desk to greet and guide clients. You will work closely with the executive team by supporting them, their team, and their department and will relieve the executives of administrative-type functions.  

Office Manager Job Duties:
*    Meet and greet clients at the reception area.
*    Screen and direct incoming calls.
*    Maintain files (including timely filing of all documents).
*    Prepare documents using Word and Excel software (letters, proposals, specifications, etc.).
*    Format, proof, and edit work for errors.
*    Set up Zoom or other types of online conference calls.
*    Help schedule and order lunches for Lunch & Learn training events.
*    Organize weekly or monthly staff events. 
*    Respond to visitors, telephone calls, emails, and other forms of communication from clients, consultants, vendors, and fellow employees.
*    Respond to and compose routine correspondence, primarily via email.
*    Maintain office calendar, schedule meetings accordingly in the conference rooms.
*    Maintain daily staff list of staff whereabouts.
*    Assist with the compilation of expense reports for executives.
*    Order and maintain office supplies, including drinks and snacks for the kitchen area.
*    Must set up conference rooms for meetings/clean-up of conference rooms after meetings.
*    Must maintain and clean kitchen area, including loading and running dishwasher.
*    Help maintain a clean and professional office environment.
*    Must be flexible and able to adapt to corporate/office changes.
*    Keep executives informed; advise of upcoming deadlines or issues meeting a deadline.
*    Manage tasks as required to ensure that work is completed on time.
*    Coordinate initiatives with administrators from other offices 
*    Other duties as assigned.
