TCG is seeking a Consulting Paid Media Specialist to help create and manage online advertising campaigns to help drive awareness of consulting partners. This role will require you to work cross-functionally with product, marketing and creative teams and with program managers and other stakeholders to plan, launch, manage, and measure integrated ad campaigns. Youll be responsible for leveraging different online advertising platforms to reach customers and prospects interested in finding the right consulting partners e to solve their business challenges. The ideal Paid Media Specialist will be a self-starter who loves managing campaigns and has a proven track record in delivering on core advertising KPIs. Paid Media Specialist Responsibilities: * Plan, launch, manage, and measure digital advertising campaigns on paid social, display and SEM channels across formats including display and native ads. * Oversee campaign budgeting, pacing, and optimizations to achieve marketing performance goals. * Partner with product marketing to develop quarterly integrated advertising plans that grow awareness of consulting partners. * Collaborate with the creative team to author creative briefs, build ad creative, and provide feedback on what works, what can be improved * Surface campaign insights to analyze past performance and identify new opportunities to improve existing campaigns. * Produce weekly and quarterly reports to demonstrate campaign progress and success.
