This Litigation Paralegal will join a growing support team and assist 3-4 attorneys with all phases of the litigation lifecycle. As a Litigation Paralegal with this firm, you'll support attorneys from case incept through trial or settlement. If you're looking to grow you litigation career under mentorship, this is the position for you! The ideal candidate will be able to work on-site Monday - Friday; a hybrid work model will be considered for the right candidate. Certified paralegals with 3-10+ years of experience in civil litigation are encouraged to apply today!

Responsibilities

• Arrange medical and other depositions
• Analyze and summarize depositions and subpoenaed records
• Prepare written discovery and responses
• Template draft various legal documents such as pleadings and motions
• Legal research
• Trial and mediation preparation
• Projects as assigned
