Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years work experience in management consulting, program management, or equivalent experience
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Project management experience and credentials such as PMP (project management professional) certification (Required)
- Experience leading cross functional teams
- SharePoint experience needed
Role and Responsibilities
As a Program Manager you will:
- Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives, including quarterly business reviews, department all-hands, and employee development initiatives
- Help plan, lead and manage effective team meetings, including: defining agenda, facilitating working sessions, and capturing minutes, action items, and follow-ups as needed
- Support overall Education team efforts in the development of student training resources
- Create executive presentations; create and maintain department SharePoint site
- Leverage technical expertise to develop methods of outreach for key education partners and student organizations
- Manage communications on behalf of leadership, synthesizing and communicating key messages to extended team and collaborators across the company
- Maintain calendar of upcoming deliverables and events, and ensure that we are proactively planning what work needs to get done by whom
- Be a culture champion; organize social and community events that reinforce our culture and values
- Ability to build rapport with a wide variety of internal and external constituents
