Technical account troubleshooting & consultation
- Partner support: Answer Questions from partners on:
- Hotel Center (Account settings, linking account
- Travel Partner API (XML feeds & requirements)
- Client's Ads (conversion tracking, custom URL parameters)
- Manage partner communication and expectations.
- Understand Hotel Center requirements, and provide technical information and solutions around applying ad products and technologies. Share guidance/best-practices.
- Share partner product feedback with product and engineering teams
- Communicating daily with engineers, account managers and external partners
- Provide functional subject matter expertise, apply analytical skills, manage complex projects to major milestones and report back on progress on various metrics.
Cross-functional communication and escalation
- Work with Sales, gTech, and Eng to identify and solve partner problems
- Identify trends and communicate actionable insights to product stakeholders and sales
