We're an Environmental Engineering firm focused on remediation construction projects. We are growing our team and looking for a Project Manager or Construction Manager with 8-10 years of experience of earthwork projects and managing in-house construction crews.

Job Details

+ Must have a current 40 Hr HAZWOPER or 8 Hr Refresher
+ Must have prior experience on earthwork, soil excavation grading etc.
+ We need someone with experience working for self-performing contractors who has managed in-house Laborers and Operators
+ Ability to travel up to 25% to 50% of the time to project sites which may be in remote locations
+ Lead project teams serving a portfolio of well-established clients and have responsibilities for client and project development across industries.
+ Leadership responsibilities associated with this position include project management, technical leadership, and client relationship and opportunity development.
+ Responsible for preparing scopes of work, cost estimates and proposals and may develop and evaluate plans for major projects.
+ Providing leadership, guidance and instruction to less experienced staff members and may coordinate departmental or divisional project studies, reports or project design assignments.
+ Marketing and business development responsibilities and regular meeting and correspondence with clients, subcontractors or outside personnel will be required.
+ Lead preparation of work plans, investigation reports, feasibility studies, remedial design and implementation for CERCLA, RCRA, and other state lead programs.
+ Be responsible for managing technical aspects of investigation and remediation projects and may serve as a subject matter expert and technical support resource for projects.
+ Duties will also include the management of individual projects and the supervision and coordination of multidisciplinary project teams. Projects will range from multi-million dollar remediation programs to smaller projects
