Orinda Real Estate firm is looking for an onsite Front Desk Advertising Assistant.

In this rewarding Front Desk Advertising Assistant position you will be answering incoming calls as well as advertising/marketing support

• Manage emails
• Maintains front desk area, newspapers, magazines, copier paper supply, conference rooms
• Prepares monthly floor calendar for agents
• Handles mail and packages; facilitates bulk mail projects
• Prints flyers, disclosures and other items as needed
• Helps prepare and submit ads as needed
• Assists with setting up verbiage, photos on newspaper websites
• Maintains Office Listings Spreadsheet
• Assists with MLS Input for listings, tour, status changes & corrections
• Helps design agent property flyers using InDesign software
• Assists with organizing & design of marketing materials
• Checks on and notifies agents of listing expiration dates
• Assembles information for Business Card orders

• Takes the initiative to assist on other projects as requested by the Office Manager and where needed.
The ideal person will be a strong multi-tasker, able to work with minimal supervision ,Must have good problem solving skills. Real estate office experience would be a plus, but not required.

Strong technical skills with MS Suite and InDesign

The hours for this Receptionist role is 9-5 with 1/2 hour lunch.
