Description

Accounting Principal is looking for a candidate to fill a Receptionist role in San Ramon, California. This role entails handling schedules, answering phones, greeting customers, helping with escrow transactions, setting up appointments and assisting with other administrative tasks to help the office.

Monday to Friday- 8am-5pm

Salary: $18 an hour

Qualification:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· 1 to 2 years customer service experience or administrative experience

· Ability to read and interpret documents as well as interpreting instructions

· Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

· Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and basic algebra

· Ability to speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of organization

· Ability to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives

· Ability to prioritize and plan work activities

Skills:

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills

· Detail-oriented

· Customer service experience

· MS Office series experience. (Excel, Outlook, Word…)
