Global Revenue Management
Team (“GRM”) is tasked with maximizing the revenue of Fitch Ratings across regions and products.
The global team has team members in EMEA, APAC, LatAm and NA. The team seeks to enhance
Fitch’s global revenue through a disciplined analysis of Fitch’s existing portfolios (data
mining), pricing strategies, competition and opportunities. The team has also expanded to include
a project management team focused on improving efficiencies across the wider commercial function
at Fitch Ratings.

This role will report to a
GRM Regional Head and could be based in either New York, Chicago, Toronto, San Francisco
or Austin


  • Contract negotiations for issuers, with a particular focus on North
  • Supporting negotiations of senior team members based in the
  • Perform ongoing portfolio analysis by asset class and region including banks,
    corporate, insurance and international public
  • Use portfolio analysis tools to identify outliers and opportunities among
    sectors, regions and individual companies
  • Create performance metrics to track and compare results
    across sectors, regions
    and individuals.
  • Maximize revenue, coverage and retention opportunities through the fee agreement
    renewal process in the region.
  • Design and analyses reports from contract management
  • Compare products and pricing to
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of departmental
  • Support the production of regular management information and performance to
    senior management
  • Work effectively with colleagues within the GRM to ensure goals and objectives
    are met

Qualifications and

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably, but not limited to, a focus in financial
    marketing, business or economics
  • Detail oriented, able to multi-task between internal and external facing
  • Strong writing skills, ability to condense analytic content for marketing
  • Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) would be
  • Demonstrated strength in effective influencing, negotiation, problem solving,
    interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience of negotiating professional services
  • Strong track record and experience with Financial Services or similar
  • Keen interest and wide knowledge of economics and global financial
  • Confident communicator (written, verbal and strong presentation
  • Intermediate/Advanced Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, QlikView, Data, Reporting,
    VLookups, Pivot tables, Filtering, Formulas
