The Technology Culture Transformation Program Manager will be responsible for supporting and representing Wells Fargo Technology’s Global Market Leader Program by overseeing cultural evolution, employee engagement, and community partnership opportunities for all Technology employees, globally. This individual will be accountable to the Head of Technology Culture Transformation and partner and collaborate with cross-functional, virtual, and enterprise teams to strategize, plan and execute on a variety of programs and key initiatives in the areas of Career Mobility, Representation, and Inclusion (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement, Community Engagement, and Catalyst Community). This role will also focus on logistics, implementation, and execution of the Return to Office experience for Technology employees, ensuring a warm, safe, inclusive, and fairly balanced experience and ongoing reintegration. This individual will work with senior and executive leadership and must present information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels. 

Key responsibilities in the role include but are not limited to the following:

  • Consulting with Technology Market Leaders and their teams, and Head of Technology Culture Transformation, to develop strategic and tactical plans for key Market initiatives
  • Driving the implementation and execution of those deliverables
  • Creating a culture of authenticity, care, and belonging within every Technology Market
  • Sourcing volunteer talent and co-leading hub-and-spoke Centers of Excellence for Metrics, Communications, Events, and Peer Learning
  • Standing up Objectives & Key Results for Global Market Leader Program and the program’s Annual Report  
  • Guiding a unified Market Leader Program by standing up hub-and-spoke support models, toolkits, and processes
  • Maintaining a full view of events, activities, collaborations, opportunities for Markets and Market Leaders
  • Partnering with Technology Leadership and Corporate Properties Group leadership to ensure the physical environment is equipped with what is needed to promote a safe, more collaborative and engaging workspace
  • Executing communications plans with respect to Market Leader Program and Return to Office experience
  • Planning Market and community-related events and functions and ensuring all Risk & Compliance angles are covered
  • Ability to effectively lead, organize and prioritize work while handling multiple, time-sensitive matters

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of technology experience
  • 8 + years of experience in one or a combination of the following: strategic planning, initiative management or project management
  • 8+ years of program management experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

  • Knowledge and understanding of culture creation
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Knowledge and understanding of risk, compliance, and marketing in the financial services industry
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Highly refined and professional verbal, written, digital, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
  • End-to-end marketing campaign management experience
  • Experience with social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) skills
  • Microsoft Teams Live Events experience
  • Experience managing relationships with key community influencers including nonprofits, government agencies, area universities and campus officials, as well local elected officials
