Sr. User Experience Designer

We at Climate are modernizing agriculture by helping the world’s farmers sustainably increase their productivity with digital tools. As a UX Designer, you’ll contribute to solving one of the most important issues facing the world: how to feed an ever growing population with a finite amount of farming land.

As a part of the broader Product UX Team, the UX Design Team turns product concepts into viable solutions by designing innovative cross-platform experiences, delivering technical specifications, guiding implementation, establishing UX benchmarks, and evaluating the success of UX outcomes. We build and manage design systems and style guides in order to maintain a customer-centric, holistic vision for the end-to-end user experience, with a focus on consistency, ease of use, and brand embodiment.

Design has a clear seat at the table and shares the responsibility for product planning, execution and success. You’ll be looked to as an expert in your field who will help drive UX Research in service of the customer and the business.
