We are currently seeking to fill a key Vice President of Human Resources position at our Fremont, CA corporate headquarters.
As the COMPANY Vice President of Human Resources you will be responsible for planning and directing all people functions to optimize the achievements and growth of COMPANY and promote the COMPANY culture internally. Ownership of the following areas falls under this central and highly visible role: Employee Recruitment, Productivity and Skills Development; Employee Engagement, Relations and Communications; Compensation and Benefits; Diversity and Inclusion; Compliance, Policies and Procedures, Record Keeping and Reporting. In this highly visible position, we are seeking an experienced senior-level HR leader with demonstrable success scaling rapid-growth companies who can handle multiple priorities and tasks with a high degree of impact, diplomacy, accuracy and speed. Feet on the ground familiarity working in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehousing team environment for a small to midsize company with 100 – 500 employees is required.
As the Vice President of Human Resources you will be responsible for strategic organizational planning and the implementation of initiatives focused on achievement of business objectives. Experience in structuring, staying abreast of new HRIS technology, and operating a highly automated HR / Management, Reporting & Control environment is expected in this position. A bias for action and ability to balance data driven decisions and long-term vision with strong and efficient delivery is also required.
