As a VP of Strategic Sales, you will be responsible for selling Company products and solutions to real estate lenders within the $30 trillion US single-family home market.  You will be working with some of the largest lenders in the US to drive Company’s platform. Company’s industry-leading solutions provide the SaaS and valuations products that our customers need to grow and manage their businesses through our platform. You will partner with prospective customers as a trusted advisor to understand their business goals and understand how you can help them drive growth within their organizations.  You will be an important member of our Company team as we build our business.  We have a culture of continually investing in our people as they develop within Company.

What you'll do:

  • Build and foster strategic relationships with senior leadership teams within the largest banks and financial institutions in the US
  • Work closely with prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges, goals and strategy
  • Consult with customers to develop solutions that will help them reach their strategic business goals
  • Partner with our customers as a quota-carrying ‘new business’ sales professional, responsible for prioritizing your accounts, prospecting, aligning on the best solution, managing pipeline, and closing new business to achieve above-quota results
  • Contribute to building and growing Company’s business
  • At this stage in our growth, you will have a unique opportunity to influence our Product/Solution development by interacting with our Product and Engineering teams

What you have:

  • 10+ years in a quota-carrying sales or account management role
  • Deep experience in consultative selling and solution selling
  • Expertise selling into enterprise-level organizations at the executive level
  • Ability to manage complex sales deals with long sales cycles
  • A drive for results and a track record of exceeding goals/quotas
  • Prospecting and discovery skills
  • Can collaborate with your team in a “win as a team” environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter attitude to excel in a pre-IPO environment
  • Business acumen

Special consideration for:

  • Financial Services sales experience
  • Experience selling a SaaS-based product
  • Real estate investment and capital markets experience
  • MBA
