An awarded innovative travel and tourism brand agency is looking for an experienced Account Director to join their full-time team and be responsible for developing the most creative and strategic work for and with the clients who are constantly challenged to be even more forward-thinking.
As the Account Director, you will work close to the VP, Head of Client Solutions and will be responsible in nurturing relationships with clients and be a strategic partner to their creative team, guiding the process from start to finish in a fast-paced and creative environment allowing clients to see results according to their timelines and goals.
As the Account Director you will:
- Lead the day-to-day of the internal and external team overseeing each step of the process, strategy and execution - from
creative briefing to campaign launch
- Strategic partner to the senior clients as well as internal team, ensuring both sides are working towards the best results possible
- Sustain account growth, diversification and profitability
- Use and understand data in order to provide a sharp marketing perspective, adding strategic value on both new and existing clients
- Understand the market and industry, bringing best practices and insights
- Work closely with the VP, Head of Client Solutions to oversee the business, and help ensure that the vision is understood by client and agency, being experts on their business, providing value, delivering a clear point-of-view on the creative work
- Support, inspire and mentor team members, while empowering them and leading by example
