Bix restaurant located in the heart of the financial district is seeking experienced and reliable individuals for a Food Runner position. Full Time and Part Time positions are available. Job Description: Responsible for providing a clean dining area and assisting servers by clearing tables and running food to tables in an efficient manner. All functions are carried out to maintain an environment of teamwork. Responsibilities include:Cleaning and setting tables to restaurant standardsPulling dirty plates from tables while guests are still seatedServing beverages and refilling waterRunning food to the tablesOpening and closing side workMust be available for evening and weekend shifts
