What You'll Be Doing:

• Plans, organize and manage the health education and ambulatory care operations at the medical center clinics
• Supervise nursing and patient education staff
• Performs nursing duties, and in collaboration with the Clinic Site Manager, integrate front and back-office operations and coordinate the clinic's patient education and community outreach programs
• Collaborate with the Clinic Site Manager to ensure adequate staffing for the provision of high quality services
• Foster an environment that promotes trust and cooperation among clients and staff
• Promote, by personal example, a standard of teamwork, cooperation, and positive workplace practices among all staff and components of the clinic site
• Additional duties as required

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's Degree in Nursing required
• Two to five (2-5) years of nursing management experience in multi-disciplinary setting
• Experience working with diverse patient population, familiarity and working experience with Asian community strongly desired
• Ability to meet deadlines and expectations as required
• Ability to work M-F 9a-5p on-site. Occasional Saturday clinic - 9a-1p, 1 or 2 times per month
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
