Starting Salary: $19.05

Successful Customer Service Agents will be able to:

  • Assist customers both over the telephone and at the front counter.
  • Notify customers of freight arrival and charges applied.
  • Prepare documentation for inbound/outbound flights and U.S. Customs.
  • Make cargo reservations for outbound flights.
  • Notify/assist customers in picking-up freight and collecting the charges due.
  • Sell and issue airway bills for customers and apply tariff rates.
  • Operate airline computer systems to assist customers with questions or problems, including AMS.
  • Meet inbound and outbound flights for document handling.
  • Process and deliver documentation to U.S. Customs and other government agencies.
  • Comply with all safety/security regulations.
  • Coordinate all cargo-related activities with clients.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What Do You Need?

  • A valid photo I.D and Social Security Card.
  • Be a minimum of 18 years old.
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Eligibility to obtain necessary credentials and clearances.
  • To be punctual and commit to your assigned schedule.
