We are seeking a customer service representative. Ideal candidate will act as a liaison to our customers and will respond to all inquiries as well as address and resolve any customer concerns/issues. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. Confirm customer inventory and service needs are met or exceeded in a timely fashion while delivering complete support that drives customer satisfaction. In addition to building and maintaining relationships with our customer base, this position will support all customer touch points, focusing on quality issues such as case resolution, EDI and coordinating a range of services provided on site with the Operations team. This is an essential position that has direct impact on our company reputation and profitability.
In addition, this position supports company sales and distribution operations by providing outstanding customer service support in a positive and continual improvement mode. Candidate will provide front line customer service to our clients and specialize in problem resolution.
