People Operations Manager opportunity with dynamic, socially responsible organization.

Key Responsibilities
Own the entire candidate experience including ATS management, role
compensation and level scoping, offer negotiations, as well as equity and
benefit package communication.
Identify and lead initiatives on continuous improvement of HR programs and
processes to make things easier for the team and our employees Prepare employee census information for insurance, 401(k), ACA and other reports
Work directly with benefit vendors and Accounting team to ensure all HR
system invoices are paid in a timely manner
Audit and submit semi-monthly payroll to ensure accuracy and appropriate
payouts to all employees
Ownership of mid-year and year-end performance review cycle
administration
Manage and audit the full HRIS, Payroll and Benefit platforms to ensure
accuracy and optimization.
Work with benefit vendors and advise Leadership on benefit renewal
negotiations, wellness program implementation/updates and open enrollment
communications and roll out.
Partner with managers and Leadership on annual merit and market
compensation adjustments, equity refresh grants and annual bonus planning.
Main point of contact to answer all employee questions about benefits,
wellness programs, volunteer program utilization etc.
Track and process Leaves of Absence including Parental Leave administration.
Maintain our Employee Handbook to ensure all employees have the resources
they need at their disposal and to keep the company in compliance with both
Federal and local law.
Work with our PEO platform to manage international payroll and benefits.
Maintain our internal Employee Resources website.
Assist People Operations leader with the ever-changing COVID protocols and
nuances governed by OSHA and the CDC.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in People Operations as
well as:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Strong problem-solving skills and calm and collected demeanor in high-stress
situations
Very detail-oriented nature (you notice spelling errors, misalignment in
schedules)
Energetic and self-driven personality (you prioritize your own tasks and are
accountable for completing them)
Belief in our brand and our mission (you are eager and willing to be a brand
ambassador for our organization.
No ego – you are ready to roll up your sleeves and do whatever needs to be
done.
