Manages all aspects of administrative support functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the healthcare facility. Plans, develops, organizes and implements the administrative functions and evaluates performance to improve the efficiency of healthcare administrative services. Provides analysis of budgets, project proposals, and trends in multiple healthcare administration areas. Participates in developing administrative policies and procedures, tactical plans, and programs for the healthcare facility. Provides effective solutions to healthcare administrative challenges.
Minimum of three (3) years experience in a related field. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree.
