Our client is seeking a transactional real estate attorney.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience advising on sophisticated real estate transactions, with primary areas of focus on office and retail leasing and purchase and sale transactions. Experience with structuring real estate joint ventures is a plus.

Experience with the following is desirable:

Leasing

Acquisitions

Development and financing of office, commercial, industrial, residential and mixed used real property

Complex multi-party transactions.
