Location: 100% Remote (candidates must be nearby SFO, CA)

Duration: 6 months (will extend)

Qualifications:

· Remote Work from Home. San Francisco Bay Area; Austin TX; Boston MA

Responsibilities:

· As the Channel Marketing Strategist, you will be aligned to the Private Bank and Corporate marketing pod to provide expertise and consultation on digital marketing and cross-channel integrated marketing programs during strategy creation and creative process.

· Develop the channel strategy that aligns with both the Marketing & Experience strategies

· Prioritizes the integration of all marketing channels (paid, owned, earned), digital channel intent

· Develops contact strategies and shares with Integrated Marketing Strategist for inputs into initiative briefs

· Ensures ability to deliver initiatives according to pre-defined segmentation schemes

· Conduct on-going analysis of current channel mix and explore new ideas and approaches

· Tracks resource utilization against demand

· Identifies demand/capacity needs for the channel team to inform upcoming programs and campaigns

· Build and maintain effective relationships with various parties including sales professionals, business leads, and key decision makers. Proactively foster communication between stakeholders.

· Contribute to the development of standards, governance and frameworks for multi-channel strategy and execution

· Contribute to the definition of channel and initiative/campaign measurement goals

· Collaborate with Marketing operations on channel governance, policies, and regulatory compliance Strategy Development

· Translate marketing GTM plan, objectives and goals into channel strategies and tactics, recommend channel-mix and integrated marketing delivery approach for initiatives

· Develop and manage channel strategy in alignment with experience strategy and client journeys across all marketing and interaction channels

· Bring forward ideas to enhance existing or build new channels to engage with clients and prospects

· Contribute to development of initiative plans that align to marketing go-to-market strategies and marketing plans in collaboration with Integrated Marketing Strategist(s)

· Define data driven/event based communications based on client data

· Identify interaction touchpoints that should be tracked, based on preferences, by channel Initiative

· Execution: Ensure proper execution and optimization of marketing/engagement initiatives across channels globally, including the design and launch of creative and experiences

· Partner with Content team to ensure content created for initiatives and channels meets client needs in delivery across interaction touchpoints

· Manage activities related to the day-to-day research, design, and execution of channel optimization and product roadmap initiatives

· Provide requirements to Analytics team for channel performance reporting

· Collaborate with Content team to optimize evergreen content on channels

· Collaborate with Marketing Technology team and agencies to develop new and improve existing channel specific templates

· Measurement/Optimization: Monitor and review metrics across channels, recommend enhancements to existing strategies and tactics to optimize programs, initiatives, demand generation and retention of clients

· Responsible for defining overarching channel KPIs and those related to how marketing efforts impact demand generation and retention in conjunction with Marketing Analytics

· Evolve and optimize channel strategies, driven by data and insights, in partnership with Performance Marketing teams and corporate functions
