This position will report to the leader of the Platform Management Team within ICS, this role will be responsible for providing a broad spectrum of duties including but not limited to: perform as lead for the Platform Wellness Program, develop processes, and reporting for ICS Platform and Platform Wellness Program, supporting multi-year planning and special projects aligned to the growth and buildout of the Platform function within ICS.
Responsibilities of these positions include:

  • Lead development and execution of the Platform Wellness Program for the ICS Platform
  • Maintain Platform Management routine reports for ICS
  • Lead efficiency exercises for the ICS Platform
  • Support multi-year planning exercises in alignment with Technology and ICS Platform strategy
  • Support special projects and analysis needs 
  • Partner with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor to the organization
  • Provides special project support as necessary

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of technology experience
  • 5+ years of consultative business analysis experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience

  • Experience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management

  • Advanced knowledge of Information and Cyber Security topics and organizations
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting or Information Security strategic position at a large company
  • Experience in large business case development
  • In-depth understanding of information security threats, trends and industry best practices and security tools
  • Advanced information and cyber security presentation and communications development experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Access
  • Experience in BI Tools – Tableau, SQL, JIRA, Confluence
  • Information Security Certifications such as CISSP or CISM
  • Finance sector security experience or other regulated industry (e.g. utilities, health care, government)
